At Harkaway Homes, we take pride in being both Architectural Designers and Major Components Suppliers. Our approach to home construction is not only cost-effective, but it has also been well-proven. We offer a unique and tailored pathway to constructing your home.
As Architectural Designers, we offer total floor plan flexibility as beneath our Olde Worlde facades, internal walls can be positioned to suit your exact requirements – be it a traditional floor plan or modern day open plan living.
As Major Component Suppliers, we provide Individualised Components Packages and an extensive range of materials and components that will effectively "lock up" your home and complete its shell. Thus, Harkaway Homes deliver a truly personalised and high-quality home construction experience.
Building Method Options
Our clients have the option to register as owner builders and project manage the build or to engage a Licensed Builder.
Drafting Services
Harkaway Homes provide clear and understandable floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, block plans, computations and Energy Reports.
Use of Building Technology
Harkaway Homes offer products of the highest quality in design and building technology. 
Internal Fitout Flexibility
Harkaway Homes gives you the flexibility to create your own internal finish and the opportunity to cost effectively source your preferred finishing materials directly from the supplier.
