Federation Series


Circa 1900 onwards, Federation homes were built across Australia, with their distinctive steep, angled bell roofline with a front and side return verandah.  Our Fair Dinkum Federation designs offer all the true character features of an original Federation home.

Pavilion Roofline Series


Our Pavilion Roofline is a major pillar that Harkaway Homes has built our unique reputation and success on.  Ideally suited to acreage, this range displays all the necessary character that adds to claim of beings Australia's best country home.

Urban Pavilion Series


Well suited to be placed on a small corner block in the inner city, our Urban Pavilion series is an authentic design, achieving perfect symmetry with gables and a central portico entrance seated on the recessed front verandah.

Gabled Homestead Series


Ideally suited for a country property, our Gabled Homestead features three gables and a portico front entrance to an unmistakable appearance to this classic homes.  Perfect symmetry adds to the design and is both practical to construct and cost effective to build.

Victorian Homestead Series


Inspired by a bygone era, our Victorian Homestead series recreates the grand homestead of yesteryear, with magnificent symmetrical profiles and sweeping verandahs that are ideal to be positioned on acreage.

Town & Country Homestead Series


With Harkaway Homes exclusive wall system, our Town & Country Homestead is suited to acreage and features wrap around verandahs that allow full natural light into the home while protecting the interior of the home from the harsh sun and elements.

Colonial Homestead Series


As the newest addition, our Colonial Homestead is inspired by the profiles of an old established estate winery in Rutherglen.  This design is intrinsically a hybrid of the body of our Pavilion Roofline series with gables to the side, similar to our Gabled Victorian Traditional series.
